1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces
For the cocktail sauce:
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
3-4 Tbsp prepared horseradish
Instructions
To make the cocktail sauce, mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. If you're unsure about the horseradish, start with 2 Tbsp and taste as you go.
