Red, Mint & Blue Fruit Salad
- 6 cups chopped watermelon
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup packed mint leaves, finely chopped
- juice of 1-2 limes
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve and enjoy!
