Blueberry Kale Stem Smoothie

Yields: 2 small smoothies
- 1/2 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 4 kale stems (leaves removed and used for another purpose), roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
- 2 dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, liquid first. Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk for a thinner smoothie. Enjoy!
